ready to fire

OK, so many overnight reports of what the MD said, most reliably this one, below...

I can't see how he can say this unless everything is in place to fire up in 2 weeks and that includes the concentrate. Whether thy have it in port at Singapore or a small container's ready to take off by plane, I have no idea - but I just can't see him making this statement if the concentrate was not going to leave Oz on a 4 week shipment until after TOL was issued, otherwise he would be saying production is already being delayed and our customers will be waiting. It sounds more like he is saying we are now cutting it tight and TOL needs to be issued right now (please) or we can't fire in 2 weeks.

Open to other opinions, but that's my take.
