In relation to trading theories, eg. gap fill. One needs to first see how such theories work for each individual share and indicie. What works for one, does not necessarily work for all.

From my observations and previous posts, I have highlighted that LNC more oft than not, does not exactly fill gaps, but rather more often than not, gets within 1c of gaps.

As for the announcement, nice little tax strategy whereby the contributions are received as an inflated share purchase, rather than a payment for IP licencing.
