    not sure what you meant. But significance of the contract for AMRI is that AMRI can be selected as the partner for manufacturing Lani after Lani is approved for sales in the US. In that case, the dollar value to AMRI will be greatly more than $1m. That could be why AMRI's share price reacted that strongly.
