Zmans --> strong support at 13cents, looks like its poised to go higher
If it breaks 13.5, in my opinion short term target should be 17cents
basis of interpretation
13.5 cents was support, now resistance.
13.5 less 10cents (low point) = 3.5cents
On breaking 13.5cents (add 3.5cents) = 17cents
