Don't despair I have come to the opinion that those people(you know who) are not property bulls anyway
I doubt they know anything about property or investment but are just required to play down any suggestion that there is anything wrong with our booming property market
Certainly they do not contribute anything of significance, a bit of poor humor maybe.
What is the attitude of the Italians re their housing, do they find it difficult to have a home or unit? Do they consider that their homes are too expensive. Can young people save enough for a home or do they just accept that renting is the normal way of life? What we hear of course that Italy is one step short of bankruptcy, but do not know how accurate that is.
