If Glencore want BTR"" ! - You can bet your life on it now the assays are coming in. However why pay $5 or more when they can scoop up a fair number at today's gift prices. Whereas if they leave it until some broking analysts get to mull over the full scope of the resources at hand, then they will have to pay dearly to buy the remainder of the company. Not so bad if at that time only a few % of the shares on offer are still in retail hands, given that the directors will eventually have to nominate fair value to complete the wealth transfer.
