So they've raised $11,372,038, and the market cap is currently $9,425,793. Andrew mcIlwain must have milked VIL for quite a few hundred grand during his time there, now he's gone like a thief in the night. So the fact is, VIL would not exist today but for the raisings, they'd better give shareholders a slice of the action this time around, they've had their snouts in the VIL trough for long enough.
