I agree with you totally. It crossed my mind that it may have been a condition of the merger...a gentlemans handshake. Maybe they clashed on the companys future direction or one wasn't in agreeance with the timing of cap raising. Lot of scenarios but I am happy with where we stand at this point in time....Tim.
