If you read 2011 financial statements, there is a vast difference between the accumulated losses in the balance sheet and carry forward tax losses in the notes. When you have seen this, ring up the company secretary (or whoever was responsible for the preparing the accounts) and ask why. They will most likely confirm what I said.
