kingpins nice post---i noticed during the week country writer mentioned a friend who bought a property recently who is now getting 16.8% on the gold coast---i think the market right now presents itself with those sort of opportunities if i was looking for some sort of investment property would i look at something like that and say no ill get it cheaper or would i take the opportunity to buy---that is where we are at i think--
