    Thanks for the heads up - I had not noticed but you are spot on that they update that specification document with the 'current' day date whenever you front to download it. I am satisfied the document is very useful as the ball-park type of MPM-NLWS performance specification, even if based on the 2010 play. I assume it is the document source - not the military itself that is playing dopey games with the download date. Why would they bother? Sheesh.
