Just as a matter of interest why are these REIV figures not guaranteed complete and correct.

The REIV results and sales figures are used by the government and by all housing bodies as data for housing and bank information.

Therefore they should be compulsory and accurate and that requirement should be enforceable.

As to owners not wanting the figures disclosed, they are public record and will be available as soon as the collecting agency gets paid for them.

So it is about time that the government made it so!
