This thread is a revelation to me in the way in which it has exposed the lack of understanding of what is a simple mathematical event.
No, you don't have double your holdings now. Not unless you stump up 10 cents each for your new shares. And if you do that you are adding value (free money for the company).
Anyone who thinks the issue s a bad idea would be well advised to sell while the going is good. I did ask for anyone to tell us what other way the company could raise $20 million in a way that is fair to all shareholders. No takers?
