I am not too concerned with CB's words.

I am concerned with his actions.

He is a distraction to the board at this critical time.

I fully agree that the board is not ideal and depending on the candidates a change may be the way to go.

However,

I do feel that time has run out to effect a change and journey on a new path. We are stuck with what we have for now for the next 3 to 4 months and I am certain the game will be played out during this time.

We will not get a chance to elect a new board and then give them time to see what they can do. We will not be given a chance by the big boys to improve our position. They will strike well before. Just my opinion.

Getting back to CB (rebels), I understand their want for change, but I believe it's too late to get that done. They will no doubt distract the board, where I feel even though the board have not been performing for all these years, The final showdown is coming and all we can do is get behind the board and let them work out what they can possibly salvage out of this mess and get us the best deal available.

I believe there is no long term or medium term for this company, we will be eaten up, hopefully for a decent price.
