Do we want a biotech sector in this country, do we want to be the clever country or the stupid country, or will we flog off the work of our best and brightest to any two bit failed biotech in the US? Seems like a deal to benefit management more than anyone else. Does PC want to retire in the US in comfort? That seems to be the main strategy here, and he'll do it riding gleefully on the backs of faithful investors and our scientists.
