    Good outcome.

    Merge with a low market cap NASDAQ stock, with a positive cash balance.

    This is a good development. BTA was not looking to expand their pipeline. Funny enough, it is interesting to see that they intend merging with a vaccine stock!

    Not fussed about maintaining an ASX listing. Nasdaq is key.
