there is a clause in the contract of when rau first bought the rights to amayapampa stating that the company they bought it off gets first dibs on it should they not get it funded by a certain date and has to repay 75% of all development costs expended by rau. ive been calling this intentional delay by the bolivian government for about a year or so. looks like its coming to fruition. oh harry hindsight you torture me again!
