Martin just replied to my post. While I cannot say that a press release is in the offing, I can say that it seems as if Martin is brushing off this article with the contempt it deserves.
His short reply was:
Please see the Nomura report and as when you read the indepedent information you can see that the Age article is far from fair and balanced and rather one sided.
As with any research report, IPO prospectus etcetra, disclaimers for possible eventualities not only exist but have always existed and when seen in this light, that article is only borrowing from what is standard practice.
It's called protecting yourself if, in the vernacular, the pooh pooh hits the fan. For those who understand this and can see it for what it's worth: NOTHING, regular programming will of course return to normal.
