But there is a "political" aspect to the drill location of Shabeeel-1, which may be more dangerous/impactful than the drilling itself (the potential gain on drill success I do view as fantastic!).
The "Strategic Intelligence News" has a post made by a David James and posted on April 20th, i.e. fairly recently.
The headline reads: Intelligence, Al-Shabaab to Attack Africa Oil/Horn Petroleum in Dharoor Valley".
That, to me, is the real worry in respect to the Shabeel-1 activities.
Naturally, I am hoping for the best.
