They are fair posts westhx and philbar - traders trade and PRR is a heavily traded stock , I havent come across too many more emotional stocks than this one , and traders thrive on emotion , either way !!
Although I dont go much on the technicals (mainly because I dont understand them , and neither do most others that think they do).....interesting you mentioned barnsty in your post....one of the few that seems to always be on the money .... and he was right again.
