So you sign up as underwriter for a rights issue, and cash in the payment for such Obligation.

Then, you do not take the shares, due to 'no available funds' (in contrast to the Obligation of the (sub) underwriter, but still accept the payment.

One month later you cash in free shares you award to yourself. Free, even of charge (as that was paid to yourself in the rights issue)

Indeed, why pay for shares if you have your hand in the cash till.

Meantime, you are your own worst enemy, as with your presence any share in this company is highly undervalued. Could that have something to do with trust?

If you want to make money, plse go surfing. Your stock will go up like never before, and this time (for the first time), not at the cost of other shareholders.

If your in a hole, stop digging.
