Perhaps any of you disgruntled shareholders would like to post what monetary value you believe PRH to be worth? It's just not good enough to knock back the SLR offer unless you can put forward a realistic valuation as an alternative

Objectively this looks like a compelling offer for PRH holders. SLR are being very generous with the premium being offered. I would be jumping at the opportunity if I were a PRH holder

So what is the alternative?

Massively discounted equity raising at what 5c? This would be disatrous for current holders and only delay the inevitable

Call in Ferrier Hodgson? I think you would prefer SLR shares

I suggest you all read the latest half yearly under the section "Going Concern"

This is a serious predicament PRH finds itself in. SLR are your lifesavers
