How could anyone vote no if there is no other offer on the table?

once these permits are signed off on that would leave the door wide open for someone to come over the top and bid higher (which i'm hoping for) but when it comes to voting and if no other party bids i'll be taking my 57c and going instead of rejecting the offer, share price retreating and hoping someone else comes along in a few months and makes another offer. if other miners want SDL they would surely offer a higher price instead of waiting for the vote and chance losing the project.

george stated last year that if he was another miner and was looking at SDL he would only offer bid after the permits are signed off on. figers crossed once the permits are signed we have a few other larger players waiting in the wings and putting in higher prices.
