You imagine you know what these voters think but you are deceiving only yourself and those who imagine the Liberal Party doesn't make mistakes. I have lived in both electorates and I have relatives in Lyne. I know some of them would very much have wanted a Liberal candidate last election. Liberals imagined both Oakshott and Windsor were defacto members of their team. They were wrong. They now imagine Oakshott will lose the next election. I don't know. I do know plenty of Labor supporters in Taree who will be preferencing Oakshott and I do know Oakshott works wholeheartedly for his electorate. I expect he will continue to give his best and that could be enough to get him over the line.
