Investors on the run because they may think like other shares a share offer predicament may present itself, to fund the future project, This would cause a big dilution considering it's a lot of money, couldn't all be funded by shareholders of course, but partners are hard to find as well, but is a good indication of price as a result of dilution, if it was to occur.
