One must ask - seeing the Chris Uhlmann interview the "Abbott Monster" last night, who actually prepares the Uhlmann questions ahead? (Gee, it was scary! Seeing the Moinster at first hand! But Uhlmann didn't panic - and the Monster kept his claws in being nice).
He is, (Uhlmann), after all, married to the currently sitting ALP Member for the seat of Canberra. Could we then suspect, even allege, some preparation influences coming through from Party HQ pre interview, perhaps?
Many such convenient, often incestuous and beneficial connections are rife throughout the whole Labor Party structure - lots of sey-ups, all heavily on the side of Labor with regard to media, Unions, and back room boys and girls' connections.
One must then ask - how can viewers set any store by the 7.30 Report reporters, the political editor, and Uhlmann, his interviews, remaining assured of their scrupulous objectivity, which is what we should all demand of a political and current affairs commentary program we as taxpayers and voters are providing via funding?
