Correction postlapsarian -
JH knew where the oil was - he'd been searching for it for so many years. What he needed was technology advanced from what was available here, so he found Dalton and set him to work. Then they found the oil and suddenly had a $40K a day cash flow. The board then stabbed JH and cut it off. Figure?? That's not incompetence, that's deliberate strategy to pull the stock back down. So then they ran the CR - to make more shares for their mates? Question.
