    No contract signed - hmm 3 GL contract signed some time ago and MAUL contract very close - so I would say there are two contracts very close to volume production plans if not implementation.

    hmmm capability gap - seems from reports I have read that the guys on the ground might disagree - unfortunately the collins class money pit precludes anything else meaningful being done.

    Do not forget STK is a seriously large coy with big pull in Singapore.

    but as I said just speculation....
