Just a tad condasending old boy.
Contacting the company re what to many was an offensive article and being told that management would be addressing the issue was what I consider to have been a reasonable course of action on my behalf.
I chose to post same here for general benefit and I do not appreciate being talked down to (it is probably a left over from my fibro-set-very-working-class background).
