I should add to my comment above....and should be rewarded for doing these deals.

I can understand that for some holders that are sitting on losses this incentive scheme could be hard to swallow but for many they will be happy to reward management for delivering already.

Although this is called an incentive scheme, TB is receiving shares at no cost so perhaps it should be called reward/incentive scheme.
