well done octain---got to laugh at the usual rent a crowd thats a play on words by the way---lol how good is property looking--rents rising, low unemployment,chronic shortage, interest rates about to fall, dollar falling and a mining boom moving along nicely. Some nice posts in the commodities forum on coal usage and steel production. cant really see a crash coming---might even see se qld kick along
