    I take it that "Gujarat NRE Oil Ltd" is not publiclly listed and 100% owned subsiduary of Gujarat Coking Coal??

    Even so, wouldn't Gujarat Coking Coal be obligated to report to the market on the activity of subsiduary because in the end it will impact on GNM share price?
