Maybe MAD could make a takeover offer seeing they know the geology so well. If they feel there could be a huge amount of oil there it would make sense. 20-30 million dollars is nothing if there is multi million barrels there. Seismic seems to suggest very good leads.
I know this is just speculating but ttes projects could be huge and they are very attractive considering market cap is so low.
