As much as I would love that to be true, why whould MAD pay $20-30m for a piece of dirt that TTE paid $1/4m for 88%?? Rumor would have it they've already bid for it and one would assume they bid less or without retain interest to existing shareholders.
Perhaps after successful drilling when risk is mitigated they might up the stakes but seriously that's just a ramp. Even if the market see's 20m NPV the market needs a carrot to care so it won't value the full NPV.
