    Well if they paid contractors up to date than that is a huge move forward IMO. Not sure read the Dr's comment whether he intends to do business with them again looks like he hinted that the cupboard is bare and good luck. Not sure - I was very keen to follow RC into this - right now very unsure.

    only had the 200 GNS to follow spp or oversubscribe on Rights issue. Now a bit cautious and IMO this payment to contractors is first good news.
