If it is a fully fledged 'administration' perhaps the 'administrator' can look to recover preferential payments made to the Union elites.
Think you'll find this is merely a means to capping the saga of the HSU so that the matter can be buried and also those about to be drawn in can defer all enquiries to the administrator.
I'd be surprised if they couldn't pay their bills, given their robust union fee income. Ofcourse, if the elites are misusing money for their own benefit that might be a problem for the Finance Officer of the Union to deal with.
