Hi,

Don't just assume that this package will be voted yes.

There have been plenty of examples where the proposal has been voted down.

A similiar thing happended with CDU and award of options to CEO was withdrawn before the meeting (otherwise it would have been voted down).

The award of options to PB at CEL was changed after the HC mob voiced their concern (the excercise price was changed from about 8 Cents to 15 cents I think.

There are a plenty of other examples and we won't have to take it lieing down.
