... and being dumped into @ $021 - $ 0.215 right now ....
.. perhaps a turnaround ... or perhaps a well executed short term 10 % gainer ...
... beware of the ' dump back ' that may occur later today on the balance of the $0.20 bought today and those picked up sub $0.20 over the last week ....
