My guess - the $840k raised in Feb was intended to get them through to the DFS (and to get any mates in if they work that way).
I suspect with the continued time taken to get the DFS out money will be getting tight but I would also guess they want that DFS out before going for more cash.
Some sort of rough chance of an early cash injection coming out of the off-take/finance discussions, but dilutive or not, hard to say. But one way or another they'll need cash soon.
