Yes, I cannot see how the two new directors can make the existing three directors own positions safe. Please explain. The SH vote for or against them, not the two new Board members.
The two directors, one to replace JH and the other to provide financial skills that will be required now that they are going for more farm-ins and JV.
They have foresight to plan for the increasing workload with the accelerated programme, and understand the additional financial skills required for farm-ins and JV.
