The Carbon tax will only drive more business over seas,unless they increase tariffs on all carbon polluting goods, to keep industry alive in Australia.
All the increased cost will finish at the retailer, wholesaler and drive service industries offshore,purchasing from heavy polluting countries.
Its happening now with the GST loophole,no GST charged on all overseas goods which is hurting retail,just ask Jerry Harvey.
So if this is how the Carbon Tax will finish up,then it will just be another Labour lemon.
