He won't need to go that high the way i can see this panning out. i agree with the other summations. He will try to get one or two of his guys on, wait until the cash is gone, then at CR time pick up at approx current levels.
The issue of shares in my humble view will have a double whammy on the bad side for shareholders. there is no take over offer now, but happy to be proved wrong believe you me.
