Whats to say the maket makers started the 10 day clever thingy after the listing date instead of 10 days prior? that may explain how this game is being played? some luny on a US site is saying PRR in Aus is trading at only 19.5 cents, why should we pay $7.85 in USA? True! THIS AND THE ABOVE MAY EXPLAIN THE LACK OF INTEREST.
