No, I don't believe that at all. Clive Palmer will wait? Wait for what? For CTP's value to increase. Time will only hurt him. If he wants it he will have to offer a significant premium now otherwise the price will only increase.
Why would he wait for CTP to organise JV's and farmin's? He doesn't want that. He will have his own plans for the resources. He will not want bigger companies coming in and taking it away from him.
I wonder what Hess paid for Kingsway Oil? CTP will obviously be worth a lot more than that. Clive will not walk away from this one. He wants it. He sold off Kingsway Oil to sure up his cash position. Even if he pays a dollar a share he will still make a fortune. He could turn this into a Bluechip company.
If there is a takeover offer we will all get to vote. I won't accept anything less than 50 cents. Time is money Clive.
