RCML; I got an email from TB a couple of hrs ago. I posted above but quickly had it removed because it was unfair to directly copy his response. I apologise to TB for that.
However I can summarise his response regarding the 15c options - it is a standard commercial practise to set such a robust premium to current share price.
Now i really want the rabbit out of the hat to appear. believe me, But if happens and the share price goes to 15c, 20c, or 30c how do we than view these 15c options. Suddenly a healthy premium is looking vastly sick.
It just dont add up. If TB has any knowledge about successful wells he must release them to the market. He's said that himself many a time, whether good or bad he is obliged to advise.
If there some other news pending, eg JV, etc than why call the meeting at this time and advise us they WANT 200,000,000 or 10% of the company in the next 3 years? Why not wait for favourable winds?
