Perhaps it might have something to do with a large share of the $24m May payment benefiting a Mr N. Tarrat. Interesting when you take a closer look at the Mbila vendors... given the surnames of the ZYL directorate. Not alot of Africans on the register. Good to see our debt funding arrangement is going to benefit some shareholders, albeit a select few. And a management grab to boot.
