They are setting out their plans. More will come. SH will know what they get when they vote for them. They (the Board) then have a mandate to implement those plans.
The Board knows you are on a 3P platform - no policy, no plans and no promises - they are fighting you in an area you won't counter-punch. They are going to screw you in this area, they are not going to fight you with negative comments about you, they are setting out "positive" outcomes about themselves.
