take a look at the incorporation dates of the respective entities.... i think you will find we have lost.... milions. "N Tarrat" appears to have owned shares in ZYL long before the York Energy company was incorporated and long before the Mbila entity was incorporated.

that suggests that while they were working for the ZYL, they found the asset, cut it in half, voted through a purchase of one half and now they are raising debt against the company to siphon money into their pockets...

are you really happy with this? and the share grab on top?

shouldn't this stuff be disclosed to shareholders? shouldn't we know if we are buying an asset off the chairman for $24m, when it may have only cost $12m? it may influence our decision to give him more shares...

if the real vendors are only getting half of the $24m, this a problem
