NTMA solved, Mining lease granted then next round is MD&C case settled by both parties. I don't think, they will keep fighting for MD&C case in Court for too long. Both parties decided to ahead for mining then the solution is all the case settled with happy ending. IMO, there are still buy out option on the table by BB brothers. This mining lease ANN is very significantly derisked the holding of AGS as a long term investment. Win/Win situation is sure thing now. I will hold til they start production or buy out by BB.
