You do not need a degree to understand the whole of Australia has a massive property bubble.

A basic understanding of finance, even maths would tell you how ludicrous this property bubble is and we are simply waiting for it to explode like all of the other dominoes after the USA.

Japan in the 1990s was a warning to all, yet we all got greedy and forgot or believe 'its different this time'.

I do not mean to offend anyone here but the majority of property bulls (ones who are still bullish) I deal with on a professional or casual basis have rocks for brains and almost no education. The smart property bulls are out or de-leveraging, they know nothing goes up forever. Time to get your head out of the sand.
